Hi, I’m Heather Hill—podcaster and holistic health coach. I help women quiet the inner critic, rebuild clarity, and take the next right step through simple tools, honest conversations, and practical wellness foundations.

My work is honest, practical, and rooted in a higher purpose—connecting the mind, body, and next step.

My background includes a Communications degree from UT Austin. I’m Master Certified in Nutrition through Nutritious Life, Master Certified in Mindset curriculum (for teens and adults), and an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer.

Lasting transformation doesn’t come from going all-in on exercise and nutrition or going all-in on mindset. It comes from integrating the whole of you—body, thoughts, habits, and the deeper “why” underneath your choices—so the change actually sticks for life.

Your mindset shapes far more than we realize. When you truly commit, something deeper shifts: your identity. You stop trying to “do better” and start living as the kind of person who naturally makes different choices. That identity shift is what creates lasting change.

Supporting people through that process—in 1:1 work and in groups—by pairing an evolving mindset with nourishing routines and a reconnection to the real you is one of my favorite ways to serve others.

Gut Health

For decades, I searched—on and off—for answers around gut health. Twenty years ago, the idea of a “microbiome” and “gut imbalance” wasn’t mainstream yet, but one functional medicine doctor told me something I never forgot: if we could support my gut, my whole body could shift.

Over time, with the right lifestyle changes, I experienced major improvements—but I still dealt with lingering symptoms. Years of stress, unprocessed anger, and a less-than-stellar nutrition routine showed up in my body: inflammation, puffiness, weight that wouldn’t budge, and a mindset that felt like it changed with the wind.

Then between 2018 and 2020, things began to click. I stopped chasing quick fixes and started building real foundations—nutrition, daily habits, building muscle, nervous system support, and targeted supplements based on what my body actually needed.

When your gut and daily rhythms are supported, so much can change: fewer intense cravings, better food choices, clearer thinking, deeper sleep, and a stronger sense of “I’m back.”
