One thing I have learned about this exercise is that it works great when you 'know it', but it works shocking and incredible wonders when you live the practice.

We have thousands upon thousands of thoughts per day. It is said by scientists that 80% of our thinking is negative. Science also says that we are not aware of 95% of our autopilot, background thinking, which is also negative.

Changing our thoughts will change our lives.
