My story

Off and on for years I’d seek gut health, find it elusive, and give up. 10 years ago the idea of a microbiome and gut imbalance was fringy and new. Even so, in 2013 my functional medicine doctor who specialized in Graves Disease said to me “…if we could just heal your gut, I know you’d see remission…” And we did find remission for the Graves Disease through nutrition and diet changes, but other symptoms continued to plague me over the years. I suffered from chronic inflammation created by years of stress and anger and years of eating processed and fast food, and drinking diet sodas and alcohol more than water. My appearance was puffy, my body was overweight, I suffered from constipation, and my hormones fluctuated with the wind it seemed. I awoke each day fatigued and in pain.

You see, once the Graves Disease went into remission (a fast thyroid), my thyroid tanked and I experienced Hashimotos and all of its symptoms. I had the antibodies from both auto-immune conditions to prove it and the thyroid test results. I learned over time that I didn’t develop these auto-immune disorders from genetics, but from lifestyle. My stressful lifestyle fueled by fake, processed food & way too much sugar created a chronic flight pattern in my nervous system and disrupted my metabolic health. I’d given up and started over more times than I can count in a weight loss plight. And ultimately it did not seem to matter how long or what I changed in my eating patterns, I hit a wall every time when it came to weight loss. A calorie deficit plus exercise no longer worked for me when it came to weight loss.

Fast forward from 2013 to 2020. Through effective supplementation, I found the ingredients needed for healing my gut imbalances which changed my life! Holding out hope for renewed energy, I began taking two simple supplements and a daily drink. It worked. I was shocked after seeking relief for years.

A yeast overgrowth in the gut is no joke. And it’s not just me who has found healing. Millions of lives have been changed all over the world and I’ve got so many inspiring stories to share.

So many of us have no idea the role our guts play in our every day lives. When your microbiome is out of balance, you FEEL it. And everyone can experience symptoms of gut imbalance differently.
